Job Scope:
· Manage and respond to public feedback regarding illegal activities.
· Log public feedback and communicate with patrol teams.
· Coordinate with patrol teams to gather necessary information for inquiries.
· Provide timely responses to feedback within the stipulated period.
Qualifications & Experience:
· At least a Diploma in any discipline or an equivalent qualification deemed acceptable by the Board.
· At least one (1) year of working experience in customer service.
· Proficiency in verbal and writing skills in English.
· Familiarity with smartphone apps and devices.
· Knowledge of basic Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
