Duration: March 2025 to December 2025

Job Scope

Provide accounting services in compliance with the financial rules and procedures, prepare, check and close the accounts within the timeline, covering the following areas:

-Key entries such as receipts, payments and transfer entries such as bank-in of cash and Fixed Deposits (FD) placements into the accounting system upon request.

-Key details of FD and prepare FD schedules;

-Prepare Monthly Statement of Accounts which include the Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position and Bank Reconciliation;

-Prepare Project Statements; prepare Asset & Liability Schedules; prepare Fixed Asset Documentations; prepare Journal Vouchers;

-Route all relevant transactions and statements for approval

-Follow-up on outstanding matters prior to the submission of monthly accounts;

-Submit monthly accounts in the accounting system

-Submit GST quarterly (For GST registered entities)

-Execute automated system entries for fixed assets; and prepare schedule for rental income.

Requirements

-Diploma and above, background in accounting

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Hourly Pay $15.00
