Co-Development Business Unit is looking for User Experience (UX) Designer

This is a 1-Year Contract role (plus possible extension depending on project needs).

What will you do?

  • Apply your design expertise to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • You'll work independently on design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Your role encompasses understanding user needs, designing application flows, and crafting detailed interfaces.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Partner with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points
  2. Conduct user research and present findings with actionable recommendations
  3. Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and UI concepts
  4. Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows
  5. Develop and maintain consistent visual design language
  6. Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback
  7. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
  8. Support the development of design pattern libraries
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects
  • Solid understanding of visual design principles and UI best practices
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous
  • Commitment to user-centred design principles
  • Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach
  • Scrum certification is a plus
