Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store transaction.
• Checking physical condition and quantity. Process handing over & taking over document.
• Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops. Perform store keeping for individual workshops.
• Maintain proper records of all store transactions include DO/DN filing. Conduct and be responsible for stock taking.
• Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased.
• Perform of GRD in SAP on service and good purchased.
• Subjected to recall during urgent work requests and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

• ‘O’ Levels, ITE or Diploma (Any discipline).
• Good communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
• Able to use Microsoft Words and Excel
• Will be good with experience in SAP (Perform GRD transaction)

Working days/hours:

• 5 Days (Mon to Fri), 8am to 5.30pm

Transport:

• Company transport will be provided to and from (Morning pick up point at around Joo Koon Bus Stop and Evening drop off point at Joo Koon Joo Koon Bus Stop)
