Roles & Responsibilities

About Us:

We are seeking reliable, efficient, and customer-focused riders to join our team as Electric Motorcycle Delivery Riders. As a rider, you will play a vital role in delivering parcels to our customers promptly and safely.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate an electric motorcycle to deliver parcels to customers within designated areas.

- Load and unload parcels from the motorcycle and delivery points.

- Ensure timely delivery of parcels within specified timeframes.

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and proof of delivery via mobile app.

- Comply with traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.

- Perform basic maintenance checks on the electric motorcycle.

- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

- Valid motorcycle license (Class 2B or equivalent).

- At least 2 years of riding experience.

- Familiarity with local roads and navigation.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Smartphone with GPS capabilities.

- Able to work in a fast paced / operational environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in delivery or logistics.
