Roles & Responsibilities

We are a contractor company specialising in commercial and residential fit-out and renovation projects.


Responsibilities

  • Simple translation and preparation of documents in English and Chinese
  • Read and reply mobile messages courteously and professionally
  • Maintain office records and documentations
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate work and submissions
  • Experience in filling up renovation-related forms for submission will be advantageous
  • Any other adhoc admin duties.

Requirements

  • 5.5 days work week (Saturday half day)
  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external Mandarin speaking stakeholders
  • Ideally 2 years relevant renovation industry admin working experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, good attitude and willing to learn
