We arelooking for a responsible and committed Project Coordinator to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.


Job Description:

  • Working closely with our Managers toprepare standard operating procedures or comprehensive action plans, for projects as
  • Assisting Managers to monitor and manage the project goalsand performances internally and externally.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along withadministrative duties, like maintaining project documentation, communicatingwith various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the Division plan.
  • Organize report, plan meetings andprovide updates to Managers.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Management
  • Minimun 2 years of Administrative or Coordination expereince
  • Detail-oriented
  • Team player
  • Work location: AMK (Monday to Friday)
