Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• To plan, track progress of projects to provide the right materials and tools at all time
• Update data from site and prepare Progress Report / Summary of Work Permformed report
• Report on progress to managers, engineers
• To monitor site safety and ensure all safety requirements are enforced
• Supervise and train workers
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Resolve problems when they arise
• To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Job requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Foreman
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and Occupational Health and Safety guidelines
• Great organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Independent, hardworking and disciplined
• Class 3 driving license
