Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for a Technical Lead to oversee the development of cutting edge AI products and solutions.

  • Opportunity to join an innovative team leading the organization's AI product roadmap.
  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.
  • Salary up to $13,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead software engineering, quality assurance, and DevSecOps functions within the product team.
  • Define and manage the scope of engineering work based on feature requirements, overseeing daily development.
  • Integrate industry best practices for software engineering, QA, DevSecOps, and MLOps into the development process.
  • Guide the engineering team to produce high-quality, production-ready code.
  • Manage resources, performance, and align individual aspirations with stakeholder requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Min. 10 years experience in software engineering , or system engineering, with 3 years of team leading experience.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) in an Agile software development environment.
  • Proficient in Python and capable of scripting in Bash or PowerShell on Linux.
  • AI/ ML , Data Science , Data Analytics exposure is highly advantageous.
