Roles & Responsibilities

Duties

  • Manage the system architecture and platforms of global monitor products for the Philips & AOC brands.
  • Co-ordinate with Requirements Architects, to ensure that requirements are consistent and complete.
  • Co-ordinate with HW & SW Architects to ensure that the system architecture defined is operationally viable.
  • Be the key technical interface to SOC/scalar suppliers.
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of new feature requests from Product Management & Sales teams
  • Support/advise the development teams during product development phase for technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate the system architecture, based on the product requirements.
  • Provide the technical assessment for platform capabilities to meet product requirements.
  • Propose/Lead feasibility studies for know-how projects
  • Provide technical support to the business teams during RFQ exercises towards outsourcing suppliers


Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science or other related engineering fields.
  • Ability to work with and co-ordinate the activities of multi-sites
  • Able to Manage multiple stakeholder expectations
  • Strong analytical, decision making and negotiation skills
  • Strong English & Chinese oral and written communication due to liaise with China country part
