YOU will gain unparalleled professional experience at a dynamic global communications agency, working specifically within our creative hub, Redhill Studio. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of passionate video editors, producers, and designers on client initiatives across a range of industries. You will contribute to real-world projects, broaden your professional network, and learn valuable video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling skills to grow your career in the creative industry.

Candidates should be available to work full-time for the duration of the internship program.

Your responsibilities, should you choose to accept:

  • Assist in Editing: Support senior editors in editing a variety of video content, from brand films to social media snippets, event highlights, and internal communications.
  • Footage Management: Organize and manage raw footage, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and accessibility.
  • Basic Editing Tasks: Perform basic editing tasks like trimming clips, assembling rough cuts, and adding transitions, graphics, and music under the guidance of senior editors.
  • Quality Control: Review edited videos to ensure they meet project briefs, maintain brand consistency, and are free of errors.
  • Music and SFX: Assist in sourcing appropriate music tracks and sound effects to enhance the video's impact.
  • Graphics Support: Provide support for basic motion graphics and animation tasks using Adobe After Effects (or similar) as needed.
  • Stay Updated: Keep on top of video editing trends, new software features, and techniques to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Learn and Grow: Actively seek feedback, learn from experienced team members, and continuously improve your video editing skills.

  • Passionate about Video: Possess a genuine passion for video editing, visual storytelling, and the power of moving images.
  • Software Savvy: Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Familiarity with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software is a plus.
  • Educationally Inclined: A fresh graduate or in your final year pursuing a degree/diploma in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
  • Detail-Oriented: Have a strong eye for detail, visual composition, and narrative flow.
  • A Team Player: Collaborative, able to work effectively within a team, and receptive to feedback.
  • Eager to Learn: Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new skills and techniques in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Portfolio Ready: Have a portfolio or demo reel showcasing your video editing skills (academic projects are welcome).
