JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore
  • Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Provide valuation, research, and advisory services for a variety of statutory boards, MNCs, banks and financial institutions, legal firms, agencies, and real estate developers
  • Involved in business development to generate new business for the department
  • To conduct site inspection on a daily basis


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimally a Diploma / Degree in Real Estate or equivalent discipline
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Training provided for new join
