What You'll Do
  • Lead the design, engineering and execution of next-generation network solutions
  • Collaborate with cloud, security and application stakeholders to align network infrastructure with business needs
  • Provide technical leadership in building resilient, scalable and secure hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Architect and deploy advanced Network Security across datacenters (DC1 & DC2)
  • Integrate network security products with Cisco ACI environments
  • Act as an escalation point (Level 3) for network security issues
  • Collaborate with vendors, TAC, and internal teams to resolve complex incidents
  • Develop and enforce policy-driven network security architectures
  • Leverage automation tools (Ansible, Python, XSOR) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal governance policies
  • Maintain accurate network security diagrams, operational runbooks and technical documentation
  • Ensure security implementations adhere to governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Provide Level3/SME-level support and guidance to peers and stakeholders
  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions on network security technologies and best practices
What Will Make You Shine
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in network security technologies.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CCSA, CCSE, PCNSE, ICE, BIG-IP ASM Specialist, or equivalent.

  • Firewalls (NGFWs, Checkpoint, Palo Alto Networks)
  • Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDPS)
  • Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
  • Micro-segmentation
  • Web Proxies
  • DNS Security

Specific Expertise:

  • NGFW advanced features (Application Awareness, Intrusion Prevention, Deep Packet Inspection).
  • Checkpoint Firewall (Threat Prevention, VPNs, HA).
  • Palo Alto Networks (App-ID, WildFire, User-ID).
  • Firewall rule optimization and threat inspection.
  • DNS Security implementation (DNS Spoofing, Cache Poisoning, DDoS mitigation).
  • IDPS configuration (signature-based and anomaly-based).
  • Behavioral analysis for zero-day attack detection.
  • IDPS integration with SIEM.
  • WAF (F5 ASM or equivalent) configuration and management.
  • Bot protection and DDoS mitigation.
  • Micro-segmentation (Illumio, Guardicore).
  • Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) policy enforcement.
  • NAC (Aruba ClearPass, Cisco ISE).
  • Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
  • DNS Security (DNSSEC, DNS filtering, DoH).
  • Network traffic analysis (Wireshark, Riverbed App Response, Cisco Thousand Eyes, NetFlow, sFlow).
  • SIEM integration (Splunk, Elastic).
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
  • VPNs (IPSec, SSL).
