Responsiblities:
1. Record site information (equipment, manpower, changes)
2. Review trade productivities
3. Delay analysis and mitigation measures
4. Assess main contractors' claims
5. Prepare presentation materials
6. Administrative tasks
Document Controller
1. Manage incoming/outgoing project records
2. Experience with LTA's Insight document control system
3. Duplicate and distribute documents
4. Facilitate document review and approval
5. Control documentation throughout project life cycle
6. Maintain organized project document management system
7. Track documents and correspondences
8. File and archive documentation
9. Prepare final as-built documentation
Key Skills:
1. Documentation management
2. Communication and coordination
3. Analytical and problem-solving
4. Time management and organization
5. Familiarity with LTA's Insight system
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 10+ years construction experience
2. 7+ years project scheduling experience (Primavera P6)
3. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant discipline
4. Experience with similar-scale projects
5. Proficient in:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work independently and in teams
8. Fast-paced project management expertise
