Roles & Responsibilities

This is a 2 years renewable contract


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the project team to identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements for estimating testing scope and schedule.
  • Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, in alignment with requirements.
  • Execute functional tests to ensure software functionality meets specified criteria.
  • Manage defects effectively throughout the testing process.
  • Collect and report on testing progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Embrace, execute, and advocate for the company's software testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Actively participate in various Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • Possess 3-5 years of team management experience.
  • Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test, and/or User Acceptance Test is advantageous.
  • TOSCA Certification AS1 & AS2
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to comprehend complex business and systems swiftly, offering suitable solutions for clients.
  • Ability to adapt to varying workloads and multitask with attention to detail within a dynamic environment.
