Mission of thePosition

The ideal candidate willhave a passion for creating dynamic and engaging motion graphicscontent across various media platforms, including commercials,television, the internet, and film. The Motion Graphics Designerwill be responsible for producing visually captivating animations,infographics, character animations, and visual effects thateffectively communicate ideas and messages to targetaudiences.

 

KeyResponsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative directors, producers, andclients to understand project requirements andobjectives.
  • Conceptualize and develop motiongraphics concepts, storyboards, and animatics that align withproject goals and brand guidelines.
  • Createvisually appealing animations, infographics, character animations,and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Rive,Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Animate.
  • Integrate motion graphics elements seamlessly withlive-action footage, and other visual assets to create cohesive andcompelling content.
  • Ensure that motiongraphics content is optimized for various platforms and formats,including broadcast, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with other members of the creative team,including designers, animators, and editors, to ensure projects arecompleted on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizetasks effectively to meet deadlines and clientexpectations.

 

KeyCriteria/Requirements

  • MonthlyCompensation: SGD 3,000-SGD4,500
  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer orsimilar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range ofmotion graphics work, including animations, infographics, characteranimations, and visual effects.
  • In addition, adeep understanding of the Rive platform and its features, with aportfolio showcasing interactive animations and motion graphicscreated using Rive, along with strong animation skills andexperience with keyframe animation, character rigging, and motionprinciples.
  • Proficiency in industry-standardmotion graphics and animation software, such as Rive, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Animate, and others.
  • Proficiency in 3D animation software such as AutodeskMaya, Blender, or Cinema 4D is considered a significantadvantage
  • Solid understanding of designprinciples, typography, color theory, and composition, and familiarwith interactive design principles, motion design patterns, andusability for digital interfaces.
  • Stronganimation skills and good attention to detail, with the ability tocreate smooth and fluid motion graphics animations.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills,with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engagingvisuals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in afast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor'sdegree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or relatedfield preferred.
