Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary: The AVL Supervisor leads the technical team and ensures the smooth operation of audio, visual, and lighting systems. This role oversees the planning, execution, and quality of AVL setups for events or installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of AVL technicians during setup, operation, and teardown.
• Collaborate with clients and event organizers to plan AVL requirements.
• Ensure AVL systems are operational, safe, and meet quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex AVL issues during events.
• Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate equipment maintenance, and recommend necessary upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in AVL technology or a related field, with relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in operating advanced AVL systems, including control consoles and software.
• Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
