Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


  • The role function provides administrative support to the HR Department.
  • The incumbent will help to coordinate the day-to-day operations.
  • Provide full support of HR functions including office administration work and any other HR activities.
  • Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
  • Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare
  • Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.
  • Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee training records.
  • Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities
  • Maintain the contact point with the employees from different sites
  • Backup for all other HR/admin support function
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.


Requirement:

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as a HR generalist or recruiter (Recruitment, Payroll, Work Passes).
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Prior recruitment or payroll experience is very advantageous.
  • Experience with WPOL/EPOL systems.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment & adaptable to changes.
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and resourceful.
