Singapore MEMBERS ONLY HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. Full time
Roles & Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Membership and Partnership Director Mandala Club Singapore, is responsible for curating and engaging a world-class community, first-class programming, and cultural content that ensures Mandala Club remains the community of choice for the region’s most dynamic and engaged individuals. Membership, partnership, and Sales verticals report directly to this role.

You oversee Membership and Partnerships. As a leader, you bring to life the Mandala Way and express our values through everything you do, creating a high-performance culture.

You will form and manage a team to take ownership of membership acquisition, engagement, curation, and retention and oversee all cultural programming and content in collaboration with the Head of Marketing. The network’s membership community and cultural programming provide the principal driver of membership desirability.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that content is amplified to drive membership desirability so that members remain highly engaged in all forms of content. You are an arbiter of taste, trends, and—where required—restraint and cultural nuance. You make decisions with sensitivity to bigger-picture impacts.

You are an inspiring leader with a spring in your step, a glint in your eye, and a fire in your belly that has come to define everything that we, as a Club and community, have become known for. You are not afraid to put yourself in the heart of the action, standing shoulder to shoulder with teams and members in support of dynamic connections and content.
