We are seeking a talented Florist, focusing in bridal flowers to join our team and bring their creativity and expertise to our boutique floral business. You will play a key role in curating stunning bridal bouquets, designing enchanting wedding venues, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create exquisite bridal bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and floral arrangements tailored to each client's unique style and vision.
• Collaborate with brides and grooms to understand their preferences, themes, and color schemes, providing expert guidance and recommendations throughout the process.
• Transform wedding venues into enchanting spaces through the artful arrangement of floral décor, including ceremony backdrops, table centerpieces, and aisle accents.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, offer personalized consultations, and effectively communicate pricing, packages, and services.
• Drive sales by showcasing our portfolio, discussing custom options, and upselling additional floral services and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the freshness and quality of all floral inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in floral design, particularly within the bridal and wedding industry.
• A creative flair and strong eye for design, with the ability to stay up-to-date with current trends and styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of all floral arrangements and event setups.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by the demands of the wedding season.
