We're seeking an experienced IT professional equally comfortable with traditional on-site technical support and modern cloud-based system administration.

Position Overview:

This role is designed for a multi-skilled technician who thrives under pressure and is passionate about hands-on technical work and cloud infrastructure management. You'll support a wide range of technologies—from Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory to AWS and Google Workspace—while also handling physical IT tasks and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud & Software Administration: Manage the Microsoft 365 admin portal, including Entra IDs, Purview, Intune, and Exchange.
    Oversee Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure and efficient user management.
    Administer Windows Server environments, including software configuration and maintenance.
    Maintain and update comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Web Services: Administer AWS Console services, managing S3 buckets, EC2 instances, and domain configurations.
    Support Google Workspace administration for seamless collaboration.
    Manage DNS records and website hosting environments.
  • Endpoint & Device Management: Oversee Threatdown Malwarebytes EDR for endpoint protection.
    Utilize MDM solutions such as ManageEngine and Intune for mobile device management.
  • Physical IT & Network Infrastructure: Rack and unrack servers, ensuring optimal physical organization.
    Crimp RJ45 cables (up to Cat6a) and work with fiber cables to maintain reliable network connections.
    Configure and manage hardware firewalls to safeguard network integrity.
    Utilize command-line tools, including Terminal and PowerShell, for system troubleshooting and automation.
    Support various Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) in a multi-platform environment.
  • General IT Support: Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting to clients remotely and on-site.
    Exhibit strong customer service skills and manage client expectations effectively.
    Work independently, including from home, while maintaining excellent communication with team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, AWS, and Google Workspace.
  • Proficient with command-line interfaces (Terminal and PowerShell) and familiar with multiple Linux distributions.
  • Hands-on expertise in physical IT tasks, such as server racking, cable crimping, and fiber cable handling.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
