Roles & Responsibilities

Working Day: Mon to Fri
Working Time: 9am - 6:45pm or 8:30am - 6:15pm
Location: Bedok
Salary: $2800 - $3500


Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Input and process completed purchases in the accounting system, after matching and validating suppliers’ invoices, purchase orders and other supporting documents.
  • Process and prepare payments by cheque/TT/GIRO to vendors.
  • Consolidate and prepare petty cash payments monthly.
  • Handle all enquiries relating to AP and prepare payment voucher
  • Update and maintain master record of vendors in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile AP Creditors Accounts in GL.
  • Update leasing and hire purchase schedules.
  • Prepare the provisions, accruals, prepayments and clearing accounts monthly.
  • Process month-end closing of AP module in accounting system.
  • Generate monthly AP reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist in preparation of audit schedules.
  • Handle banking matters.
  • Provide effective HR Business partnering support to all staff in HR matters and issues.
  • Effectively utilize carbonate to record, update employees’ data.
  • Maintain employees’ data and files and ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Provide support on the administration of new work pass, documents submission, verification of documents.
  • Prepare documents and appointment letters for onboarding and off boarding.
  • Assist in the organizing of staff events and ordering of hampers.
  • Assist to collate data for Group Insurance renewal.
  • Assist on ad-hoc duties / projects as requested by the Director and COO.
