Salary – SGD3000 + Comms incentives. Negotiable based on experience.


Work Location: Flexible, remote working, and off site to gather sales leads


Type of Employment: 12 months initial contract, renewable upon review.


Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm

We are looking for two full-time Sales Manager to join our team at this exciting business development stage of our Singapore office to guide our clients from all walks of life and background on their renovation and interior designing needs. You will be a key representative of our company, showcasing our products and services to potential clients and helping them to make informed decisions towards their renovation and interior design needs, creating a lasting impact in their lives.

  • Job Scope:
    Become proficient in our products and service offerings to provide informative and accurate information to our potential clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proactive and can work independently, with the ability to source for potential leads
  • Create and deliver presentations on our products and services to prospective clients
  • Maintain good relationship management with both current and prospective clients
  • Address potential client enquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media leads.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's regional reach
  • Reporting directly to our Managing Director

Job requirements:

  • Singaporeans or PR preferred. CPF will be contributed to successful candidates
  • All racial demographics are welcomed.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients to present the company’s offerings
  • Ability to speak and understand Mandarin or Cantonese will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5years of sales experience in Singapore
  • Experience in the interior designing or renovation industry will be an advantage
  • Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields related to Business, or Marketing.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.
