Roles & Responsibilities

Position Title: Senior Hair Stylist cum Assistant Salon Manager


Remuneration Package:

  • Basic up to S$ 4K
  • Monthly Commission
  • Performance Bonus

Location: Central (Bugis), Short walking distance from MRT


Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week (Mon-Sat, 11am to 8pm OR 12pm to 9pm)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead (train and guide) and motivate a team of hair stylists including Assistant or Hairdressers, to provide excellent service to customers
  • Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair and listening to their needs to determine their preferences
  • Describing different hair care products and their benefits to customers
  • Involve in providing treatment services such as Cutting, Shampooing, Colouring, Perming, Scalp Treatment etc
  • Building personal relationship with customers to ensure return visits
  • Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee inventory and top-up in advance whenever necessary
  • Managing attendance file scheduling
  • Resolve issues regarding shipped orders

Requirements:

  • Preferably possess minimum 1 year of working experiences as a hairstylist
  • Experience with hair cutting and washing
