  • Carry out the duties required as site supervisor under the Building Control Act and Regulations or other duties as required by other Authorities;
  • Conduct site inspections and review, evaluate & assess method statements in relation to the project;
  • Supervise and enforce site quality control
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of site works to ensure construction safety
  • Recognized Degree / Diploma from recognized tertiary institution
  • Registered with IES
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil works
  • Prior LTA/HDB project experience is an advantage
  • Only Singaporean / SPR need apply
