Brief Summary

  • Local-based logistics company to Defence, Government and Healthcare sectors.
  • Involved in migration project from SAP ECC to S/4 Hana, supporting clients on UAT phase and continue supporting finance users with all issues and enhancements by liaising with vendor.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide inputs and support to develop the programme management framework, templates, tools and systems to deliver cost, time and quality metrics
  • Review programme plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects
  • Understand business requirements from users.
  • Raise change request and evaluate the man days effort from vendor, if required negotiate on price.
  • Support existing interfaces (vendor master data) with other non-SAP systems.
  • To create new interfaces (asset / PO) with eCapex System.
  • Payroll interface to fetch data from success factor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) in a relevant field
  • 5-8 years of working experience
  • Knowledge in SAP FICO and Hana is preferred
