Are you passionate about cutting-edge research and hands-on experimentation? We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Laser Process Engineer to support our research and development team in advancing next-generation photovoltaic technology.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Work from 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
✔️ Prepare substrates/precursors and oversee the laser ablation process.
✔️ Assist in material coating processes for experimentation.
✔️ Monitor process and hardware performance to ensure smooth operations.
✔️ Record process conditions, analyze data, and report findings to the research team.
✔️ Maintain laboratory cleanliness and perform routine equipment maintenance.
✔️ Conduct shutdown procedures if necessary.
✔️ Collaborate with researchers and engineers to drive process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong hands-on skills with a passion for lab-based work.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Effective team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual skills (English & Mandarin) preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in laboratory settings.
    ✅ Personal Traits:
  • Responsible, independent, and able to react quickly to malfunctions.
  • Motivated to contribute to high-impact research and innovation.
  • No history of disciplinary issues.
