Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities


Before launch

Product design & conceptualization

· Attend consultants design meetings.

· Attend SGSU meetings with consultants.

Sales gallery & show units

· Assist to set up SGSU to ensure COH compliance.

· Assist on SGSU preparation and set-up.

· Assist in calling of quotations and price negotiations with vendors on showflat logistics.

Sales admin & booking system

· Assist in the preparation of sales documents.

· Create/set up Alphawave’ BIOS booking system.

· Set up the approved Minimum Selling Price in Alphawave BIOS system.

· Set up Commission, Incentive Scheme and Special Incentive in Alphawave BIOS system.

After launch

Sales

· Assist in driving all projects’ sales to ensure sales KPIs are achieved.

· Build strong working relationships with appointed marketing agents.

· Attend to agents and buyers’ enquiries on project details by working closely with the Projects Department.

· Attend to customer enquiries on launched projects and conduct sales presentations if necessary.

· Submit weekly sales reports.

Sales gallery & show units

· In charge of sales operations and maintenance of the SGSU of the project assigned.

· Work with Marketing Officer in sales operations and maintenance of the SGSU of the project assigned.

· Maintain library of SGSU photos for record and marketing future references with the assistance of Marketing Officer.

· Handle tender of SGSU’s furniture upon surrender of SGSU


Sales admin, Anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) & booking system

· Assist in sales documentations.

· To conduct a customer due diligence check, run an assessment of the intending purchasers’ profiling and scrub the database via Artemis-Dow Jones, to make sure the intending purchasers are at the low risk before issuing Option To Purchase.

· Monitor Special Incentives for ICs/Agents and input into the BIOS system when eligible.

· Counter check commission, incentive and special incentive processed by Administrative Officer.

· In-charge for Alphawave BIOS system administrator, reviewing reports monthly, quarterly and annually.

EXCOM / Devco meetings

· Assist in the preparation of meeting slides for JV projects.

· Attend Devco meetings for Piccadilly Grand, Copen Grand and Tembusu Grand and all future projects.

Aging Report

· Follow up on cases with outstanding payments flagged up in the monthly aging report.


Requirements

· Min Diploma in Marketing Communications/Business/Building.

· 3-5yrs experience in marketing residential properties.

· Proficient in MS Office and BIOS.

· A team player.

· Work on weekends when applicable.
