Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Head of Engineering to join our team. As Head of Engineering, you will play a key role in coordination and leading tasks and staff, establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure in quality, on time, and in budget development and operations of our IT services that ensure we exceed the needs of our customers and contribute to the success of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Engineering team
  • Establish IT Architecture standards and documentation
  • Ensure Secure IT operations and software development
  • Seek excellence in all engineering disciplines inclusive data processing, quality assurance, application development, machine learning, automation and cyber security
  • Master excellent IT operations and KPI management
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in leading small and dynamic software development teams
  • Familiarity with 100% Cloud/SaaS environments, LowCode Development, API Environments and Zero Trust Architecture
  • Experience in IT Architecture, task planning, decision making, critical thinking, and time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills
