Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties
  • Perform end to end recruitment process, inclusive of interview coordination
  • To assist in the process of foreign workers work pass related matters, WICI, hospitalization insurance in compliance with MOM requirements
  • Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation (EPOL& WPOL).
  • Monitor staff daily attendance and leave record via HR system
  • To update and maintain employee records in the HR system
  • Responsible for the accurate calculations of monthly payroll, allowances, OT etc
  • Coordinate training sessions internally and externally for employees and maintain training record/certificates
  • Prepare HR reports and surveys when necessary
  • Staff benefits and compensation administration
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and process
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts while ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws
  • Support the other companies departments for foreign domestic worker (FDWs)
  • Support the hiring, interviewing and screening of the FDWs
  • Prospect the FDWs to the potential employers
  • Must be comfortable with 6 days work week
