PERSONNEL Executive

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties
- Perform end to end recruitment process, inclusive of interview coordination
- To assist in the process of foreign workers work pass related matters, WICI, hospitalization insurance in compliance with MOM requirements
- Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation (EPOL& WPOL).
- Monitor staff daily attendance and leave record via HR system
- To update and maintain employee records in the HR system
- Responsible for the accurate calculations of monthly payroll, allowances, OT etc
- Coordinate training sessions internally and externally for employees and maintain training record/certificates
- Prepare HR reports and surveys when necessary
- Staff benefits and compensation administration
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and process
- Mediate and resolve conflicts while ensuring adherence to company policies and local labor laws
- Support the other companies departments for foreign domestic worker (FDWs)
- Support the hiring, interviewing and screening of the FDWs
- Prospect the FDWs to the potential employers
- Must be comfortable with 6 days work week
