Operations Support Officer for School

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9:30am to 7:00pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Job Description:

  • Provide support in general upkeep of equipment and workplace
  • Provide logistical support for school events and functions including arranging of furniture and equipment
  • Perform gate duties and traffic control to ensure safety of students moving in and out of the school premises


Job Requirements:

  • Completed primary school education and preferably have some experience in general upkeeping of equipment/workplace, logistic orgeneral operations support
  • Preferably be able to converse in English or Mandarin
  • Able to provide logistical support including arranging of furniture and equipment
  • Able to take instructions and duties assign by supervisor
