Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide academic support for residents in the Home (Primary – Secondary Level)
  • Tracking and analyzing residents academic progress and needs.
  • Programme planning, design and implantation for residents in the Home, including employment needs and relevant life skills.
  • Volunteer coordination, including but not limited to recruitment, training, supervising, programme planning, deployment, reward, retention, and recognition.
  • Assist in the management of Donation-in-Kind for the Home.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in academic related fields will be advantageous.
  • Responsible for Volunteer Management activities i.e. recruitment, onboarding, retention and recognition of volunteers.
  • Comfortable in liaison and relationship building with individuals and corporate organizations.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to work after office hours and on weekends, when required.
