The Role:

As a Preschool Teacher (Tamil), you will:

  • Prepare and design engaging lesson plans with clear objectives that cater to children’s diverse learning styles.
  • Plan and organize exciting class projects, field trips, and hands-on activities to enhance learning experiences.
  • Foster children’s character development and instill strong moral values through engaging activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment to support child development.
  • Participate in event management, marketing, and sales activities to enhance the center’s outreach and visibility.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with parents to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Encourage Tamil language learning, fostering a love for the language and its cultural significance.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure a holistic and child-centered curriculum is being delivered.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (PDECCE-T) or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent.
  • Certificate in Preschool Mother Tongue Language (Tamil) (CPMTL-T) is required.
  • Passionate about nurturing young children and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Experience in early childhood education, with a focus on language development in Tamil.
  • Ability to work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues and families to achieve developmental goals.
  • Patient, caring, and committed to the holistic development of children.
