Basketball Coach – Singapore Based

Flexible Schedule | Remuneration Based on Experience | Community Volunteer Roles Available

Are you passionate about basketball and love working with kids? We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Basketball Coaches to join our team. This role is ideal for those just starting their coaching journey or experienced coaches looking for a new opportunity. Flexible roles available including casual, part time and full time.

About the Role:

As a Basketball Coach, you'll be responsible for leading engaging and educational training sessions for young athletes. Your goal is to develop their skills, foster a love for the game, and create a positive and fun learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver structured basketball training sessions for kids of various skill levels.
  • Teach fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Provide encouragement, motivation, and constructive feedback.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • A passion for basketball and youth development.
  • Some experience coaching or working with kids (formal coaching qualifications are a bonus but not required).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Reliability and a positive attitude.
