The Role We are expanding our Singapore Office and seeking a seasoned Senior Designer to play a pivotal role in our diverse and challenging projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design from concept to schematic stages, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Engage in active client liaison and coordination with various consultants.
  • Contribute to business development and outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max / Vray, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with global offices.
  • Creative mindset with a strong design sense and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architecture.
