Roles & Responsibilities

The Painting Construction Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing painting projects for carpark construction at Housing Development Board (HDB) and condominium sites in Singapore. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in painting techniques, and a deep understanding of local building regulations.

· Lead and manage painting crews during carpark construction projects for HDB and condominium developments.

· Plan and coordinate painting activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of materials.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure painting work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.

· Provide guidance and mentorship to painting staff, promoting skill development and adherence to best practices.

· Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to align painting activities with project timelines and requirements.

· Maintain inventory of painting supplies, equipment, and materials, and oversee replenishment as needed.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders as required
