Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Diver

  • Basic Salary: $6000 - $7,000
  • The salary covers the first 15 deployments.
  • For deployments exceeding 12 hours, fixed overtime will be provided.
  • After the first 15 deployments, a flat fee of $150 per deployment will apply.

Position: Dive Supervisor

  • Basic Salary: $7500 - $8,000
  • The salary covers the first 15 deployments.
  • For deployments exceeding 12 hours, fixed overtime will be provided.
  • After the first 15 deployments, a flat fee of $200 per deployment will apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Operations Manager, who oversees diving operations within the company.
  • Ensure compliance with SS511 and company code standards.
  • Perform diving operations, including underwater inspections, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, and blanking of vessels and barges.
  • Operate equipment such as brush carts, CCTV, and underwater digital cameras.
  • Carry out maintenance and general repairs of diving equipment. Ensure all equipment is serviceable and sufficient spares are available before each job deployment.
  • Maintain flexible work hours based on project needs.
  • Undertake any additional assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Certified as a Surface Supplied Diving Equipment Commercial Diver, in accordance with the Commercial Diving Association (Singapore) standards.
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in a relevant diving role.
  • Must possess a valid diving medical certificate, as well as OFA and DFA certifications.
  • Passion for underwater services with a strong focus on continuous improvement and work processes.
  • Good team player, willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • Work location: Singapore.
