Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL)
  • Quarterly GST submission
  • Maintain and update accounting ledgers, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Reconcile accounts, such as bank accounts and credit accounts.
  • Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns and other accounting documents.
  • Prepare billing for both external customers and intercompany transactions
  • Verify staff claim forms and issue reimbursements
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, sorting and organizing documents.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Certificate / Diploma in accounting
  • Knowledge and competency in accounting principle
  • Relevant finance or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to details and ability to accurately perform tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and accounting software
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates
  • Initiative, possesses positive attitude and good team player

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays - 9am to 6pm
