JobDescription:
  • Develop system safety program plan, hazardanalyses and risk assessment documents, safety assessment reportand hazard logs based on contracted system safety and projectrequirements
  • Facilitate system safety reviews andassessment with project system safety working groups and tofacilitate and seek technical endorsement for safety assessmentreport with company and customer safety reviewboards
  • Ensuresystem safety requirements and implementation are complied withcompany process and contracted requirements for projects andin-house products
  • Submit monthly project status report andupdates to Project Manager, System Safety Leads and DepartmentManager
  • Supportsafety related administrative functions
  • Conduct failure investigation and preparesreports for problems or issues based on findings from facts,research, studies and makes necessary recommendations and submitsto relevant authority for approval
  • Prepare and studies technical drawings,specifications of mechanical systems inclusive of engine,transmission, powerpack and driveline, and scopes of work to ensure(Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) MRO operations conform tostandards and customer requirements
  • Document work procedures based on technicalrequirements for the MRO components
  • Analyse and interpret test information toresolve repaired related problems
  • Design, maintain, service and implementcomponents so to be able to integrate into in-service systems, andinterpret specifications and mechanical drawings for anyre-engineering work required
  • Responsible include training technicians;planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians;appraising addressing complaints and resolvingproblems
  • Appointto be lead for a Platform to ensure the MRO Componentserviceability is met at all times
  • Perform literature searches on the subjectarea for MRO in Mechanical System especially in engine andtransmission
  • Assist in providing technology solutions toovercome more complex MRO systems so to allow work focuses upon theeffective integration of people, processes, tools and technology inorder to improve the MRO into the nextlevel

JobRequirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineeringwith 2 year of working experience related to Automotive fields orMRO Services
  • Certified Reliability Engineer will be anadded advantage
  • Able to read and understand mechanicaldrawings
  • Possessgood interpersonal skills and strong ability to work within ateam
  • Goodinterpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas, approach andobjectives clearly
  • Work under pressure, independent andself-motivated
  • Good listener, and able to understandcustomers problem or question and help them solveit
  • Customerorientated
  • Goodanalytical and problem solving skills
