Contributions/Results:Support the sales team in handling day to day escalations from intermediaries and clients in a timely mannerMay accompany the sales team on customer calls to gather market insight and support sales effort.Maintains sales programs by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices, and new products.Deliver high quality customer service to internal customers, clients, intermediaries and prospects by doing the appropriate and required investigation, answering queries, and resolving service issuesProvide pre-sale support in generating quotes and proposalsCompletes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.Take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are metIdentify areas of process improvements and work with respective functions in executing changesPrioritizes own work and meets agreed timelines.Key
