Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality across the organization. This role ensures that all operational processes comply with company guidelines and regulatory standards to improve staff performance and service delivery. This role will regularly audit processes, lead staff development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training.

  1. Quality Assurance (Internal Audit)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures in line with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational processes to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Analyze quality performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with department heads and staff to ensure quality standards are upheld consistently across all outlets or departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Develop policies for quality control and ensure adherence across all departments.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that products meet quality specifications.

Manage Operational Risks

  • Implement Workplace Safety and Health Policy practices
  • Ensure that all stores complied to all MB policies and guidelines.
  • Report any work incidents; may include vandalism, fight, fire, abuse, accidents, etc.

Manage Documentation, Financial and report management

  • Attend scheduled departmental meetings as required.
  • Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as stipulated by management
  • Review systems and processes for workflow and productivity improvement.
  • Contribute ideas and cooperate in the execution of on-going initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Other Prerequisites

Education & Certification

Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred



Experience

  1. Proven Audit experience, preferably in the F&B or services-related industry
  2. Have at least 6 years of working experiences with managerial or supervisory capacity.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Proven leadership skills and ability to operate independently.
  5. Proactive, insightful, independent thinker, highly efficient, and possesses a refined attention to detail
  6. Good problem solving skills
  7. Extremely organized and goals oriented
  8. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and Strong and confident presentation style
  9. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  11. Candidates must have a good command of spoken and written English, and any additional language is an advantage
  12. Excellent Communication skills in group presentation
  13. Pays attention to details
  14. Mature, meticulous, resourceful, organized and able to work independently
  15. A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
  16. Have impeccable follow-through; and "Can Do" attitude and mindset
  17. Be willing to work any day and any shift
