Coaching Requirement

  • Responsible & reliable individual
  • Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to relate to students, parents and coaches with quality service
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member
  • Able to work during weekends and evenings when needed
  • Must enjoy working with children. Location: Bukit Timah
  • Monitor, measure and evaluate effectiveness of the competitive program
  • Coordinate practice planning, skill development, and design coaching strategies which prepare team for competition
  • To provide clear, progressive and accessible development paths for all your gymnasts

Admininstrative duties

  • Update registration & attendance records regularly
  • Maintain consistent & regularly communication with parents
  • To assist new & current members' requests & enquiries.
  • Assist in preparing lesson plans for camps & classes
  • Coordinating all coaches' scheduling & events organized by the company
  • To undertake all appropriate administrative duties and to liaise with your superior
  • Assist the superior with the daily operations, supervise & training of all employees
  • Follow-up of day-to-day emails and other necessary administrative duties
