We create evidence-based, personalised health insights in the domains of physical activities, sleep quality, body composition, stress and recovery, heart health and blood glucose evaluation and monitoring.

To improve population health, Actxa establishes worldwide partnerships and research collaborations to develop critical preventive health models to help people avert chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.

Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investors, merger or acquisition targets, and industry trends. Developing and implementing strategies for fundraising, merger and acquisition activities. Assisting in the preparation of business plans, investment memorandums, and financial models. Supporting due diligence processes by conducting research and analysis on target companies. Participating in negotiations with investors, target companies, and other stakeholders. Supporting post-merger integration activities, such as developing integration plans and assisting with the execution of integration initiatives.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

A strong academic background in business, finance, or a related field. Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience or knowledge of fundraising, merger and acquisition, or corporate finance would be an advantage. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
