Roles & Responsibilities
  • Position : Learning Centre Receptionist (Admission/Student Services) - Toa Payoh
  • Location : Toa Payoh
  • Working hours : Mondays to Fridays - 9.00am to 6.00pm.
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Health Benefits
  • Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Education/Childcare/School

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting all functions of the Academic Services team to ensure the smooth running of the front office.
  • Ensure all enquiries on various platforms are answered
  • Managing the student registration and related processes to ensure students are fully enrolled and attendance are recorded.
  • Collecting fees, issuing receipts and submission of the application of training grants.
  • Assist in updating and compilation of reports
  • Assist in all administrative matters
  • Other ad-hoc activities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min 'N' or 'O' Level
  • Relevant experience preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
