Roles & Responsibilities

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their prestigious law firm in Singapore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the legal team, providing essential assistance with case preparation, research, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with will and trust matters, including the drafting and execution of wills, estate administration, and the setup of trusts.
• Provide support in data entry, filing, conducting research, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and related parties to ensure completion of will and trust procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Training will be provided.
• A strong interest in estate planning, wills, trusts, and related legal matters.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to lawyers.
• Strong command of both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders as well as English-speaking stakeholders.
