  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes.
  • Approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and a talent for coaching that meets individual’s needs.
  • Ensure classes are conducted in a safe and fun manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and evaluation of budget plans, including costs and revenue projections, variances, and initiating corrective actions when needed. Lead, when needed, in the preparation of annual budgets and manage inventories as part of the financial planning process
  • Provide operational support to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all related activities, processes, and procedures in the key areas for compliance and transparency are adhered to.
  • Coach our youth and help them discover their strengths and leadership potential through a rigorous outdoor education experience.


Requirements

  • Passion for engaging with and developing youth.
  • Leadership and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Good communication and cognitive ability to teach skills, and facilitate reflection and learning
  • Drive, initiative, and qualities of an active team player
  • Strong situational and safety awareness to manage the well-being of participants
  • Physical fitness and mental resilience to work extensively in an outdoor environment
  • Preferably have youth development, teaching or instructional experience, and an active sporting or outdoor background.
  • Holds the BWF Level 2 qualification or equivalent as a minimum.
