Responsibilities:

  • Support Managers in managing a portfolio of private and foreign companies across Accounting, Taxation, Payroll, and Corporate Secretarial services
  • Prepare/ review management accounts, financial statements, and GST returns
  • Prepare Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions, update and maintain statutory registers of clients
  • Other ad-hoc projects and activities assigned



Requirements:

  • ACCA/ Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing full-set accounts
  • Good work ethic, initiative, keen to learn new things and acquire new knowledge
  • Mature personality and willing to learn
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional character and possess good etiquette
