Candidate will plan and execute communications and change management plans and engage senior stakeholders to manage comms, assess change readiness and plans and work with business stakeholders to manage the transitions and/or drive adoption. He/she will also work closely with HR, Corporate Communication Team and other functions to ensure effective change management and project communication.Drive Change Management and Communication in Platform Transformation’s strategic projects, includingAdoption and Communication Lead for new portal projectWork closely with project team and business change champions to develop adoption and communication planDrive onboarding of external and internal customersDefine and track success metricsChange Management and Communication Lead for new system projectDrive and develop change management and communication planCollaborate closely with project management team, business stakeholders and vendor to align on Change Management plan, communication materials and project timelinesOversee delivery of communication to impacted employees to ensure information provided is accurate and comprehensiveDefine and track success metricsDevelop materials to support communication of strategic projects at key events (E.g. Townhalls, Product launches/’Go-live’, Kick-off)Lead Overall Change Management and Communications for Platforms TransformationDevelop content for all Platforms Transformation communication activities, including quarterly updates, Business Units’ communication activities, and Leaders briefingWork with

change agents in planning and execution of events (e.g. off-site, get-together)Inject new ideas from time to time to ensure effective communication and engagementPerform proactive research to stay abreast with Change and Communications methodology and practices to provide meaningful support to the project team and various stakeholders5.

Support Ad-hoc Events or Request from Business/

Enterprise Platforms and TransformationProvide required support to Group-led events & updates such as Kick-off, Digitalisation EventsSkills for Success:Bachelor’s degree from established university in Business or Philosophy or CommunicationsAround 8-10 years of industry experience in Telco and ICTExperience in transformation change managementExperience working across different cultures and geographiesExperience in large scale project management – preferably in roles such as Organisation Design, Program Management Office (PMO) and CommunicationsExcellent corporate writing and storyboarding skillsProficient in power point, word and excelAbility to coordinate workshops / focus group sessionsAbility to distill complex information and translate into layman’s terms
