Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Process Engineer and Engineering team to define and implement quality control requirements.
  • Develop and document inspection criteria, quality plans, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct in-process and final quality control (FQC) audits in coordination with the Process team to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Monitor supplier quality assurance (SQA) processes and support continuous improvements in supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an electronics product manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier quality assurance (SQA) processes.
  • Hands-on experience in quality control for incoming materials, in-process production, and outgoing finished goods.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA regulations.
  • Understanding of IPC requirements for PCB assembly, as well as quality standards for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
