Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the Director's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments

- Coordinate with food and beverage suppliers, landlords, and internal teams across all outlets.

- Prepare end-of-month sales summary reports and assist in bookkeeping tasks.

- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director.

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and confidential documents.

- Ensure effective internal communication between different outlets and departments.

- Assist in administrative and operational duties as assigned.

- Support restaurant service when required to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.

- Willingness to assist in restaurant service when required.
